Frank Darling is a female-founded, digitally native fine jewelry brand making custom engagement rings more accessible than ever before. Our modern approach to bridal design, sustainability, and customer experience has been featured in Vogue, WSJ, Bloomberg, Glossy, and many other publications.

We are seeking an on-site Production Coordinator to support our growing Vendor & Production Planning operations. This role is ideal for someone with fine jewelry production experience, strong data & statistical analysis, organizational skills, and a passion for operational problem-solving. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across teams to ensure exceptional product quality and delivery.

Responsibilities

Production Oversight

• Monitor and track all orders currently in production

• Partnering with vendors

• Managing vendor KPIs

• Manage lead times and ensure production deadlines are met

• Identify and resolve issues that may delay order completion

• Expedite orders when necessary to meet customer commitments
  

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Partner with the Sales team to support a seamless, five-star customer experience

• Work closely with the CAD team to resolve design or production challenges

• Coordinate customer-driven order changes with Sales and Production teams
  

Problem Solving & Process Improvement

• Investigate quality issues and coordinate solutions

• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements

• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the production workflow

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Highly collaborative with the ability to work cross-functionally

• Experience working with custom fine jewelry production

• Familiarity with jewelry design terminology and production processes

• Customer-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with production reporting or performance metrics

• Advanced spreadsheet skills

• Experience with data analysis or statistical analysis

Familiarity with root cause analysis and process improvement methodologies

Job Details:

• Full-time on-site role located in New York City

• Office hours are 9AM to 5PM

• Salary: 55-65k
