Frank Darling is a rapidly growing female-founded fine jewelry brand making custom engagement rings more accessible than ever before. We’ve been featured in Vogue, WSJ, Bloomberg, Glossy, and many other publications for our design, sustainability, and modern take on the bridal category.

We're growing quickly, and we're looking for an expeditious and detail-oriented Client Care Specialist to join our ever-growing team of fine jewelry enthusiasts and make a big impact. This is a role where you’ll be responsible for assisting the care team during the production process.
What You’ll Do:
Provide an exceptional client care experience throughout the production process
Communicate updates on lead times and shipping
Ensure final payments have been completed
Respond to phone/chat inquiries in a timely, professional, and solutions-oriented manner
Coordinate incoming repairs and service requests across internal teams,
Verify client information such as shipping addresses and important delivery timelines
Assist with delayed, missing or incorrect order-related outreach for orders in production
Work closely with production and distribution teams to ensure a seamless experience
Route incoming calls and messages to the appropriate teams when needed.
The Desired Qualifications:
A people person who thrives on creating an excellent customer experience.
2+ years experience in client services
Luxury retail/Fine Jewelry experience is a huge plus.
Computer-savvy and phone experience is a must.
Bachelor’s degree, but not required for the right candidate.
Ability to multi-task and desire to work with a small, tight-knit team.
High-level of empathy and desire to make every interaction special.
A self-starter who goes above and beyond
Strong written communication skills
Ability to problem solve and think critically on your feet
Schedule: Thursday - Monday
