Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strategy, Finance, Operations, HR

• Reporting, KPI development, Business Analytics

• Business Process Improvement

• Scenario Modeling

• Payroll, HR, Legal

• Bookkeepers, Payments, AP

• Coordinate tax filings with CPA

• Budgeting, Forecasting

• Corporate Policies and Employee Handbook

• Lease Review and Negotiations

• Systems Administration

Requirements and Experience:

• 5 Years Finance and/or Operations Management Experience

• Strong Excel Skills, Tech Proficient

• Experience managing Analytics, BI, Dashboards, KPI, Statistics

• Strong Finance or Accounting Experience at a Physical Product Company

• Operations Management Experience

Job Details:

• Full-time on-site role located in Tribeca, New York City

• Salary: 100 - 150k commensurate with experience
