Frank Darling is a female-founded fine jewelry brand making custom engagement rings feel exciting, personal, and refreshingly human. Known for our modern design and sustainability-minded approach, we’ve been featured in Vogue, WSJ, Bloomberg, Glossy, and more.

We’re looking for a Fine Jewelry Chat Concierge to join our team on-site. You’ll work closely with clients, answering their most pertinent questions, and sorting them through proper channels to get them their answers fast and with accuracy.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond quickly to inbound phone calls, chats, and emails.

• Manage the general inbox

• Reassigning conversations to the proper Teams

• Notifying relevant teams on aging conversations

• Assisting teams on aging conversations

• Transfer calls as needed to proper departments

• Work alongside the sales team to ensure proper handoff

• Advise clients on general diamond and setting questions

• Advise clients on the differences between lab-grown diamonds, natural diamonds, and Moissanite

• Advise clients on all aspects of ring selection, from prong thickness to band thickness, setting style, and wedding band selection

• Assisting customers with general requests, including, but not limited to; rescheduling, diamond flight feedback, scheduling new appointments, relaying customer messages, coordinating in-store pick-ups and drop-offs

• Empower clients to feel confident in their once-in-a-lifetime purchase

Requirements and Experience:

• Strong knowledge of fine jewelry styles and trends

• A keen eye for detail and a high level of empathy and professionalism

• Ability to work proactively and think creatively to solve problems as they arise.

• Organized and comfortable multitasking and juggling many client requests at once

• Able to learn new computer programs efficiently and effectively

• 1+ years of sales experience in jewelry, bridal, or luxury sales

• Extremely detail-oriented

• Able to juggle multiple tasks with high prioritization skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Jewelry fabrication or design experience is a plus, but not required

Job Details:

• Full-time on-site role located in Tribeca NYC

• Office hours are 10AM to 6PM

• Available schedules: Thursday - Monday

• Salary: 65k Annual
